Booking FAQs

You are not allowed to touch any of the artworks. Umbrellas, suitcases, backpacks, pointed or edged objects, spray cans, markers, large objects, and outside food and drink are not allowed inside the exhibition room. Flash photography and the use of tripods and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited at the venue. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the museum. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

This experience, except the Panorama Deck, is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Note that the main exhibition hall is not heated and can be very cold in the winter. Dress comfortably in layers. Backpacks and bags can be searched when entering the museum. The museum will be open until 9pm on the first Friday of each month.
