• Aquarium may be closed to public for maintenance or events
• Students must bring their student ID

• To prevent accidents, visitors with large (long) pieces of luggage or other items that are deemed inappropriate will not be allowed to enter
• Pets are not allowed to enter (excluding guide dogs)
• Photos and videos for personal use is allowed, but photography for commercial purposes is prohibited

• On days when only one entry time is displayed on the reservation screen (9:00 or 10:00), there is no requirement to specify an entry time. You can enter anytime during business hours. (Due to system limitations, you are required to select an entry time when making a reservation, but the actual entry time does not matter.)
• On days when multiple entry times are displayed on the reservation screen, please enter at the date and time you selected when purchasing or making your reservation. If you are more than 30 minutes late from your designated time, your ticket will be invalid.
