Carry your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for ticket exchange. Arrive early to complete ticket collection before boarding closes.

Outside valuables are brought at your own risk; the operator is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Seat changes or seat requests are not permitted after assignment.

Guests with outdoor reservations may be moved to indoor seating during rain without prior notice. Some performances may require short walks from certain seating areas for the best viewing.

Ticket exchange is available only between 6:30pm and 8pm at the designated counter; collection at other piers is not supported. Cruise routes may be adjusted due to water levels or tidal conditions. Bangkok traffic can be heavy; late arrivals who miss boarding are not eligible for refunds. Outdoor guests may be reassigned to indoor seating in case of rain. Some seats may have partially obstructed views depending on vessel layout.
