Home to the largest number of mangrove wetland species in Taiwan, the Sicao Green Tunnel is known as the "Taiwanese version of the Amazon River". Take a sightseeing fishing raft to explore the Sicao Green Tunnel and get a glimpse of the unique wonderland of Angel's Kiss and Green Eyes. Green Tunnel Route

The Sicao Green Tunnel refers to the mangrove area behind the Sicao Dazhong Temple drainage channel. This waterway is naturally formed by native mangroves with trees over 50 years old on both sides, creating a tunnel-like landscape. It is known as the "mini Amazon rainforest" and is also the only green waterway in Taiwan.

Departure time: 08:00 - 16:30. The boat will depart when there are 30 passengers, or after a 30-minute wait. Flight time: Approximately 30 minutes.

Taijiang Route

Take the Taijiang sightseeing boat to enjoy the beauty of Sicao Lake, appreciate the wetland ecology—a paradise for bird-watching enthusiasts—and learn about the traditional techniques of ecological fishing along the way. Take a leisurely cruise on Taijiang Sicao Lake to appreciate the wetland ecology—a paradise for birdwatchers! Departure times: 15:10 on weekdays, 10:30 and 15:10 on public holidays. Departure times depend on the number of groups and passengers on the day. Flight duration: Approximately 70 minutes. In addition to the above departure times, extra sailings or sailings may be added depending on the weather and the number of people purchasing tickets on-site, or in conjunction with group bookings.

The total voyage takes about 70 minutes. The actual ferry schedule on the day is subject to change.

Must Know

  • The system does not provide the function of modifying orders. If you want to change the quantity, you need to refund the ticket and reorder.
  • Please note that once purchased, the Sicao Green Tunnel ticket and the Taijiang Sightseeing Boat ticket cannot be exchanged. Once the Green Tunnel ticket is printed out by the ticket exchange machine, it can only be used on the same day and no refunds can be accepted. Please pay attention to the actual travel time.
  • Children aged 7-12 are eligible for child tickets (please show proof documents), 0-6 years old and over 80 years old can use black tickets, and disabled people who purchase charity tickets can accompany 1 person with proof.
  • Due to the implementation of total quantity control, please try to arrive before 15:30 to facilitate ship arrangements.
  • During holidays and Chinese New Year, there are more people and the venue is easily full. It is recommended to arrive on site in advance to exchange tickets and wait for a seat.
  • National Park regulations prohibit pets from boarding ships. Please be considerate when traveling with your pets. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
  • If the paper ticket is lost or damaged, no replacement or refund will be issued. Please purchase a new ticket.
  • In the event of a refund due to force majeure (such as typhoons and natural disasters, etc.), a handling fee of 10% of the product price will be charged.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for the sake of public safety, and notify and contact the participants in advance. If there are any unresolved matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the details of the event.

Ticket Delivery

  • For Green Tunnel/Taijiang ferry tickets, please follow the on-site redemption process: Print your ticket at the Sicao Dazhong Temple service counter using the self-service ticket machine → wait in the waiting room to board → present your paper ticket to board.
    * Once the electronic ticket (QR code) is redeemed and printed, it must be used within the same day and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
    * No seats are provided. Please queue in the waiting room to board the ship.
  • To redeem your Milkfish-themed Pavilion Fishing Cake Gift Box, please go to the Milkfish-themed Pavilion service counter. Staff will scan the QR code to scan and you can receive one Fishing Cake Gift Box. (Contains one Fishing Cake)
