  • Please cooperate with the security check of your personal belongings upon entry. Please do not bring outside food, pets, prohibited items, or dangerous items into the venue.
  • Please comply with the relevant regulations of this venue and the guidance and instructions of the service personnel.
  • Purchase a package that includes access to the 101F. The 101F is open from 11:00 to 20:00, with the last visit at 19:00. The visit lasts for 1 hour, and the 89th floor service desk is open for check-in for the first 10 minutes of each session.
  • Since the 101st floor is also open for private events, if your reservation clashes with a private event, you will be notified separately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • Observation deck tickets can be cancelled free of charge before redemption; however, the supplier reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to accept and approve a refund in the event of order cancellation due to force majeure.
  • Group tickets (2, 3, 4 or more people) are only valid for entry at the same time and cannot be split or refunded for a single person. We apologize for the inconvenience.
