The three themed zones—“Time Capsule Series,” “Water Dance Series,” and “Ecological Green Energy Series”—are the most popular family-friendly attractions in the Greater Taipei area. Located in the southern part of the Taipei Basin, in the heart of the Gongguan commercial district, the Taipei Water Park is the source of Taipei's tap water and an environmental education facility with "water resource conservation" as its theme.
The park features three major series: Time Capsule Series, Water Dance Series, and Eco-friendly Green Energy Series. The Time Capsule Series includes four sites: Water Museum, Guanyinshan Reservoir, Water Measuring Room Historical Site Square, and Hunshui Pumping Station.
This series offers attractions such as the Waterside Garden, Landscape Pond, Fountain Garden, Water Supply and Distribution Equipment Display Area, Water-Friendly Experience and Education Area, Lord Castle Mansion Sports Center (which requires an additional fee), and Stress Relief Tower.
Visitors can explore the Water and Light Corridor and the Xiaoguanyin Mountain Eco-hiking Trail in this series.
To ensure visitor safety, bicycles, scooters, balance bikes, cars, motorcycles, and dangerous items such as fireworks are prohibited. The operation of remote-controlled flying equipment like drones requires permission. Smoking, chewing betel nuts, drinking alcohol, and bringing pets are not allowed within the park. Photos, videos, and videotapes taken in the park cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior consent. Acts that violate public morals will result in visitors being asked to leave.
