Any items considered weapons or objects that could pose safety risks are not allowed. Fireworks, smoke devices, or glass items that could cause harm are not permitted. Sharp tools or objects such as penknives, corkscrews, or metal nail files are not allowed. Outside alcohol, illegal drugs, or mood-altering substances are not allowed. Recreational wheels like skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades, or drones of any kind are not permitted.

Manual wheelchairs within the permitted width of 36 inches can be accommodated. Electrically powered heavy wheelchairs cannot be used on the observation wheel for safety reasons. Guests with mobility or sensory impairments can access a detailed accessibility guide for a smoother visit. The attraction’s website is designed to meet accessibility standards to assist users with disabilities.

All guests must undergo security screening as a condition of entry. Any items surrendered during screening are held at the guest’s risk and may not be accepted for storage. The attraction is situated at ICON Park and is easily reachable via public transport and major roadways. Parking is available in the ICON Park garage, though spaces may be limited during busy periods.
