Tivoli Gardens is wheelchair accessible; visitors with functional impairments may bring electric or manual wheelchairs. Accessible restrooms are available at multiple locations throughout the park. Your guide dogs are welcome to join you.

The experience is valid for a single visit for one person on the selected date. Children under 3 years enjoy free admission when accompanied by a paying adult, but require a Ride Pass for rides; children under 1 year do not need a Ride Pass. Ride Passes do not include certain seasonal rides and do not grant access to Haunted House and Villa Vendetta during Halloween. Some rides have age, height, and health restrictions; always check the guidelines for individual rides. Re-entry is only possible with a stamp from the Tivoli guard at the Tivoli Food Hall exit; re-entry is not available during major events. Follow all instructions from Tivoli staff and observe posted safety guidelines for rides. If the park reaches capacity during concerts or special events, entry may be temporarily restricted.
