  • If UKAI Toriyama fails to show up after the registration time, it will be deemed that he/she has cancelled his/her participation.
  • If you are traveling with children under 5 years old, please take the ground cable car.
  • People with tattoos, those who are drunk or have a tattoo are not allowed to enter Keio Takaosan Onsen.
  • Keio Department Store coupons can be used for purchases of JPY 3,000 (tax included) or more in a single transaction (except for some stores). If the coupon is valid until March 31, 2026 (inclusive), it can be used on any day within the validity period.

Ticket Delivery

  • To use the Keio Line / Inokashira Line One-Day Pass, please click the "Use e-ticket" button in the email you received after booking, or click the link attached to your voucher to open the usage screen, and scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
  • When purchasing tickets for more than 2 people at a time, the representative can activate all tickets for all people at once by clicking the "Use" button. The representative must ensure that all users enter and exit the station in order and pass through the ticket gate last.
  • To use the Mt. Takao Cable Car/Lift Round Trip Ticket, UKAI Toriyama Meal Ticket, Keio Takaosan Onsen/Gokurakuyu Towel Exchange Ticket, or Keio Department Store Shinjuku 5% Off% Discount Coupon, please click the link on the e-voucher you received after making your reservation, show the e-voucher to the staff, and press the Use button.
