Shoes must be removed before entering the cabin. Boarding on SINA boats (1 or 2) will be assigned randomly depending on the day’s traffic conditions. Traditional Japanese performances onboard may vary daily, and the images shown are for reference only. In case of force majeure events such as government regulations or natural disasters, the provider may offer an alternative arrangement or cancel the experience with a full refund. According to Japanese law, alcoholic beverages cannot be served to individuals under 20 years old. Infants under 3 years old will be charged 3,000 JPY for insurance only.
