How to use the tickets

Tokyo Subway Ticket

  • When redeeming your ticket, you will need the QR code voucher sent after booking. Please prepare a mobile device screen that can display the QR code or print out the voucher in advance and bring it with you for redemption.
  • Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed separately. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be issued. When redeeming tickets at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, you will be able to redeem all valid tickets at once using the QR code.
  • If the Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes demagnetized, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates, etc. Therefore, please do not place it near items with strong magnetic properties (smartphones, electronic devices, magnetic wallets, etc.).

Common facilities

  • Please have your Tokyo City Pass e-ticket ready to enter the various common facilities.
  1. Senso-ji Temple (Incense Burning Experience): Show the mobile phone on the mobile phone barcode on the e-ticket at the incense offering area (in front of the main hall).

  1. teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM Toyosu Digital Art Exhibition: Queue at the entrance of the venue and show the mobile barcode of teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM to the staff with your mobile phone.
  2. Tokyo Tower Main Deck (150m): Show the Tokyo Tower mobile barcode to the staff with your mobile phone in front of the elevator.
  3. Roppongi Hills TOKYO CITY VIEW: Show your TOKYO CITY VIEW e-ticket to the staff at the "Museum & Observatory Tickets/Information" counter on the 3rd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Building.
  4. Art Aquarium Museum GINZA, Tokyo: Go to the 9th floor of the Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building and show the staff the mobile barcode of Art Aquarium GINZA, Tokyo.
  5. SUNSHINE Aquarium: At the aquarium entrance, show the mobile barcode on your e-ticket to the staff. (※Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.)
  6. A visit to the Harry Potter Studios in Tokyo: Show the mobile barcode on your e-ticket to the staff at Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studios Tokyo.
    Please arrive at the venue 20 minutes before your selected tour time. Entry will not be permitted if you arrive late.
