Due to the width of the passages, the maximum allowable wheelchair size is 700mm x 1,200mm. Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a companion (caregiver). There are no wheelchair-accessible restrooms on the Top Deck. So use the accessible restrooms on the second floor of the Main Deck and first and second floors of Foot Town.

Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge Coin lockers (charged) are available at Tokyo Tower Foot Town 1F.
