Keep in mind that food & beverages and smoking are not allowed on the buses. Pack wisely!

The buses are wheelchair accessible. Ramps are available on the buses for easy access. Your guide dogs are welcome aboard.

Pets and small animals are allowed only if they are positioned at your knees. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants aged 3 and under can travel for free. Note that no buses are allowed to go on The Mall and drive in front of Buckingham Palace. During the Changing the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, public transport and sightseeing buses are not allowed in front of the palace. The 1pm tour will be diverted on these days.
