Photography is allowed in most areas, except the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John. Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience. Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed.

This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible. Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The Crown Jewels are a working collection, and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.
