Your final ticket will have all the details including the exact time of departure. Customers with a round-trip ticket should retain their original ticket to guarantee the return journey. As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis. A photo of a valid ID might be required to validate the ticket. You can carry two medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) or one large suitcase (75cm x 50cm x 32cm), each weighing no more than 20kg, plus a small piece of hand luggage. There may be extra charges of £8 per bag for excess luggage. If you're traveling to/from Stratford London, please note that there is no direct train. You'll need to change trains at Tottenham Hale to connect with the Stansted Express.
