- Booking and communication process
· Inquiry communication: Please confirm the service content, price, and request with the supplier before placing your booking. Placing a booking signifies agreement to the product terms (any request changes/refunds resulting from failure to inquire will be the customer's responsibility).
· Booking reservation: After submitting your booking, the supplier will contact you within 24 hrs to confirm availability. Please ensure your contact info is correct and your phone is reachable. If multiple contact attempts fail, please check the message notifications sent by the supplier promptly.
- · Last-minute booking: For same-day service, please inquire with the supplier in advance about available time slots.
- Schedule-related rules
- Please note that no refund will be issued for no-shows after booking.
- The booked package has an expiration date. Customers without scheduled dates can prioritize the global package (prices vary by region, subject to inquiry).
- Change and refund policy
- If you request a refund for an unscheduled booking, a 50% cancellation fee of the booking amount will be charged.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If the service provider's schedule permits, one free date change is allowed, which must be requested at least half a month in advance.
- No refund will be provided for bookings if travel is impossible due to force majeure such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft malfunctions, or flight cancellations.
- Emergency reservation rules
Bookings placed between 21:00 and 09:00 the next day are considered non-standard working hours bookings. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the supplier will process and contact you in booking sequence after 09:00 the following day.
- Providing services late at night/early in the morning requires additional effort from staff, so an emergency service fee will be charged, with safety also being assessed.
- Other fees
Travel expenses and duration service fees incurred due to distant service locations must be communicated and confirmed with the supplier in advance, and will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation and Non-refundable
This product can be canceled for a fee of 50%. If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid. Partial refund is not available.
