1. On the day of use, please present your Trip.com booking to redeem the service at the scheduled photography time.

- In case of late arrival, we cannot provide additional shooting time
- Rescheduling due to force majeure or severe weather conditions is free of charge
- If the weather is unsuitable for shooting, please fill out the "Reschedule Request Form (link)" at least 4 days prior to your original date

- While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could book in advance.
