The experience is wheelchair accessible. Strollers must be left in the designated buggy parking area and are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces. Carers are eligible for a complimentary carer’s ticket. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Twist Museum is generally open daily from 10am - 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, with extended hours until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 7pm on Sundays. Last entry is one hour before closing. The experience typically lasts around 60 - 90 minutes. All child and infant tickets must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Toddlers aged 0 - 3 can enter free of charge.
