Getting started

Arrive at Universal Kids Resort Texas, and head to the main entrance with your ticket (mobile or printed) ready for scanning. All guests need to go through a standard security screening before entry, so allow extra time during peak hours. Carry a valid ID if requested.

Booking FAQs

Bring a valid ID with you in case it is requested at the entrance. Wear comfortable shoes, and bring sun protection, such as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, with you to the park. Carry appropriate swimwear and a towel with you for the water activities. Dress in breathable, light clothing when you visit.

Weapons, sharp objects, outside alcohol, mace, or pepper spray are not allowed at Universal Kids Resort. Inappropriate clothing or behavior is strictly not permitted inside the theme park. No pets or emotional-support animals (Trained service animals allowed).

Many rides, shows, and attractions are designed to comfortably accommodate guests in wheelchairs or guests with other special needs. The theme park is wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms, pathways, and more located in the park. Baby care areas are located across the park. You can visit the sensory gardens inside Universal Kids Resort for some rest and quiet time.

Hotel accommodation is not included with your admission ticket. The ticket does not include transportation to the theme park. Infants 0-1 are free Tickets are valid only during normal operating hours. For the safety of guests, height or weight restrictions may apply for some attractions at Universal Kids Resort Each of the multiple wet play areas will have adjacent changing rooms available for parents to change their children into dry clothes and allow them to have uninhibited exploration and play.
