Meeting point description: To obtain your tickets, check in at the Starline Tours Visitor Center, on the 2nd floor of the Ovation Hollywood shopping mall, Suite #203, just past Chado Tea Room. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour starts.(1738 North Orange Drive, Los Angeles, CA, USA)

• Know in advance:Please allow enough time to enjoy both experiences fully, especially if planning both on the same day
• You can schedule the Universal Studios visit on either the same day of booking or the next day
• The shuttle to Universal Studios departs at 9:30 am. The return shuttle departs from Universal Studios at 5:30 pm
• The first departure of the hop-on hop-off bus is from Stop #1 Dolby Theater at 9:30 Am
• Mobile tickets are accepted
• The Hop-on Hop-off Hollywood Route is approximately 2 hours
• An audio guide is offered on the hop-on hop-off bus in Spanish, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean
