Strollers aren’t allowed in most ride queues, but each attraction has a stroller parking spot nearby. Trained service animals are welcome throughout the park. Your ticket and Express Pass are valid only for the date you choose when booking. They do not include access to the Hogwarts™ Express (unless you upgrade to a Park-to-Park ticket) Check which rides accept Express Pass here. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person. Entry requires a biometric scan. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Kids under 14 must be with someone at least 14 years old who meets all ride requirements.
