Make sure to bring a valid photo ID with you. Download the Universal Orlando Resort app before your visit so you can check wait times, navigate the park, and even place mobile orders.

Costumes and costume masks aren’t allowed for any guests. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for medically necessary items. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage can’t be brought into the event. Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited, and weapons, sharp objects, or anything deemed unsafe by security aren’t allowed. Pets are not permitted either, with the exception of registered service animals.

Accessible restrooms and services are available throughout the park, and staff are ready to assist guests with mobility needs. For more details, check out the official Universal Orlando accessibility guide.

Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event, so regular park admission won’t get you in. The event is not recommended for children under 13, since it can be intense and scary. It takes place rain or shine, and there are no rain checks. On event nights, free self-parking is available after midnight.
