• Please refrain from eating and drinking inside the venue
• Smoking is not allowed inside the zoo or throughout the parking lot. For those who wish to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area on the east side of the parking lot
• Please do not touch any of the animals without explicit permission or instructions from the staff
• Please wash your hands thoroughly after touching the animals
• Please treat the animals kindly. Do not chase or bully them and please avoid hitting the aquarium
• Please do not move the animals or plants away from their original positions. Also, please do not take them outside of the zoo
• Please note that the zoo will not be responsible if the animals bite. Kindly remain cautious when interacting with the reptiles and amphibians
• Please do not bring your own pets as they may alarm the reptiles and amphibians in the zoo. Visitors accompanied by specially trained guide dogs or service dogs must indicate that they are service dogs for the disabled in accordance with local laws.
• Please note that Izoo's layout is composed of several stairs and steps which may be inconvenient for those in wheelchairs or baby strollers
