Please refrain from touching the canyon walls, as they are fragile, and it can accelerate the sandstone erosion process. Keep in mind that bags, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and pets are not allowed on the tour, so pack light! Video recording and flash photography are prohibited, but feel free to take photos. Hiking sticks, canes, or walkers are not allowed inside the canyons.

All tours are based on Mountain Standard Time, which is the same all year round (same as Phoenix, AZ, and Page, AZ). It is recommended to wear good sneakers for optimal comfort during your experience. Offer a $3-$5 per person tip to your Navajo guide as gratuities. Keep extra cash with you for the same. Arrive at your tour location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. There are no restrooms within the canyons.

Upper Antelope Canyon is on relatively flat terrain, but keep in mind that the exit part of the tour involves stairs. This experience is not recommended for pregnant individuals or anyone who may struggle physically to complete the hike. Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to participate in the tour. The tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
