Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking, as it may be requested at the entrance. Wear multiple layers, starting with thermal innerwear, followed by insulating mid layers and a windproof outer layer, along with warm boots, thick socks, a hat, a scarf, and mittens.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Arctic SnowHotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol, drugs, or arriving under the influence are not permitted anywhere on the property. Leave pets at home, as only registered service animals are allowed on site.

The Arctic SnowHotel is not wheelchair accessible due to its snow and ice construction, which includes uneven, slippery surfaces, raised thresholds, and changing pathways.

Expect indoor temperatures between 0 and minus 5 degrees Celsius, so dress children in warm layers and encourage movement to help them stay comfortable. If you are staying overnight in a glass igloo, you may bring your luggage into the room, but if you are staying in a snow room, use the SnowHotel Lounge lockers to keep belongings dry and protected. Set aside time during the day to enjoy winter activities such as snowshoeing, kick sledding, tobogganing, ice fishing, ice sculpting, or relaxing in a traditional or snow sauna.
