Booking FAQs

Plan to arrive at the harbor at least 15 minutes before departure to complete boarding without rushing. If you’re susceptible to seasickness, consider taking your usual motion sickness medication around two hours before the cruise. Pack light and bring only the essentials, as storage space for larger belongings is limited.

Leave large bags and suitcases behind, as they cannot be taken onboard. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited throughout the cruise. Motorized wheelchairs and scooters cannot be brought onto the vessel.

Collapsible wheelchairs and walkers are permitted onboard. Boarding involves stepping up onto the ramp, walking across it, and stepping down into the boat, as the ramp is not fully accessible. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers should be able to manage these steps with assistance if required.

Humpback whales typically migrate through Hawaiian waters from November to May, making this the prime seasonal window for whale watching. Whale and other marine-life sightings are subject to nature and cannot be guaranteed. Children aged 2 and under can join the cruise free when accompanied by a parent. At least 10 guests are required for the cruise to operate; if the minimum is not reached, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
