# Additional Information: - Prices apply to all ages - All riders must be aged 16+ and 5ft (155cm) tall to participate in these tours - Riders aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian to participate in these tours - Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in these tours. Seniors and people with certain conditions may join if they are physically fit to ride a bike - No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 8 hours prior to your tour. No refunds will be given if the participant is found to be under the influence of any illegal or impairing substance - The local operator reserves the right to refuse anybody services if it is suspected you have a physical or health condition that will make it unsafe or not possible for you to participate in these tours - All participants are required to sign a waiver form upon arrival - Please note that you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit (amount varies) at the counter. The amount will be refunded upon completion of the tour and if the bike is returned undamaged - The tour will continue rain or shine. Rain ponchos are for sale at the meet up location (please check the pricing at the location) - **If the minimum number of bookings (2) is not met before the scheduled departure, the tour on that date may be canceled.
