No refunds will be given if the participant is found to be under the influence of any illegal or impairing substance of safety reasons - Participants must weight at least 45 kg (100 pounds) and not be in excess of 118 kg (260 pounds) - The local operator reserves the right to refuse anybody services based on safety concerns even if you fall within the weight limits - The local operator reserves the right to refuse anybody services if it is suspected you have a physical or health condition that will make it unsafe or not possible for you to participate in this tour - All participants are required to sign a waiver form upon arrival - Please note that you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit (amount varies) at the counter.
