The ideal time to visit is early morning or late afternoon to avoid peak hours and heat. Early morning offers cooler temperatures and less crowded rides, while late afternoon allows you to enjoy the sunset ambiance before closing time.

A typical visit lasts around 3-4 hours, but many stay longer due to multiple water slides and attractions. Plan your day accordingly to maximize fun without rushing through the park.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops, and a change of clothes for after. A waterproof case is handy if you want to take photos or videos during your visit.

Absolutely! The park features numerous water slides suitable for all ages, including family-friendly attractions like the Lazy River. There are also areas specifically designed for younger children who may not be ready for more intense rides.

Waterbom Bali is located in Kuta and can easily be reached by taxi or car from most parts of Bali. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle bus directly from your hotel if one is available. The park is approximately 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic.

Your admission includes access to all water slides and attractions within the park as well as use of lockers, showers, and changing facilities. Food and drinks are not included but can be purchased at various kiosks throughout the park.

While booking ahead is recommended during peak seasons like July and August when the park gets very busy, same-day entry is also possible. Booking online usually ensures you skip long lines and secure your preferred time slot.

Photography is allowed throughout the park, but remember to keep your camera or phone dry. There are designated photo spots along popular rides where you can capture memories without interrupting others' enjoyment.

Bring along your comfortable swimwear and extra clothes.

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely! Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Strict dress code: swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations including metal zips or drain holes on board shorts, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not allowed on the water slides. Shutterbugs, take note: Production cameras and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. The slide towers are not accessible by wheelchairs. Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac issues, back issues, chronic health conditions, and those who have undergone recent surgery. Facilities: parking, free Wi-Fi, and shower. Children under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 6 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in Funtastic. Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment in Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, and you can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance. Strict height and weight restrictions apply for the slides to maintain guest safety according to International Standards. Re-entry Policy: Re-entry to the park is permitted on the same day.
