Booking FAQs

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance. You may bring your smartphone or DSLR camera for personal photos.

Tripods, professional lights, flashes, and any other photo or filming accessories are not permitted inside the venue for safety reasons. Food and drinks purchased outside the venue are not allowed. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Large bags and suitcases are not allowed inside for security reasons. Smoking is not allowed.

This experience is partially accessible with a wheelchair; all rooms can be visited, but some activities cannot be entered. Accessible restrooms and wheelchair-friendly facilities are available on site.

Children below 10 years are only allowed during Kids Time and must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per child. Children aged 10 to 13 are welcome during all opening hours, but must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per group. The average visit duration is about 90 minutes, but you may stay as long as you like during operating hours. Lockers are available for your convenience.
