Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted to guests under the age of 4 and over the age of 70 years. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Strict dress code: Dress in smart casuals! Beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing, or sportswear are not allowed. Jumping from the boat is prohibited. Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old. Keep in mind that outside food and beverages are not allowed. Pack wisely!

People with medical or physical disabilities, pregnant women, or those with high blood pressure or heart conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion.

The venue has implemented a new entry policy that does not permit entry for groups consisting solely of men, applied at the discretion of venue security to ensure guest safety, crowd balance, and an optimal guest experience. Shuttle boat service is available every 20 minutes from 9:30am to 12pm. Children are permitted to use the pool under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times. Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Restaurant access is subject to availability. Reservations are highly recommended.
