Must Know

• To prevent animals in the park from being frightened, pets are not allowed to enter the park
• You can enter the venue half an hour earlier or later than the scheduled time
• When using public spaces and facilities in the park, adults must be present and pay attention to the safety of children.
• The activity is not suitable for infant and wheelchairs
• If there are a lot of people on site, please wait patiently
• Interaction with Capybara by checking in
• Since most of the roads in the park are gravel and stone steps, infant strollers and wheelchairs cannot enter the park
• Pets are not allowed into the venue, except guide dogs with identification
• For outdoor activity, please bring your own sunscreen and mosquito repellent
• Pet baskets must be brought by the counter.

• Please pack water bottles, kettles, food, plastic bags, raincoats (love umbrellas are available for loan in the park), charging cables, and headphone cables into your bag when entering the park.

This product cannot be canceled once booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding. The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking

Unredeemed bookings can be canceled at any time. Partial refund is not available. To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
