Substance use: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot participate. Loose items: Remove earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, glasses, hard contact lenses, hair accessories, cameras, and other loose objects before entering the water. Make-up and hygiene: Make-up must be removed before the session. You must shower with the wetsuit on before entering the water.

Participation requirements: This experience is not suitable for guests whose physical or mental condition may limit their ability to understand instructions or perform the aquatic activities safely. Pregnancy restriction: Pregnant guests cannot participate in the Dolphin Emotions experience. Health conditions: Guests with hydrophobia, skin disorders, or conditions that may affect safety cannot participate. Swimming ability: Premium and Exclusive participants must know how to swim and be in good physical shape.
